FAQ

1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

We are striving to get your package to you as soon as we can and have a lead time of 5 – 10 working days of you receiving your package.  If your order is in stock, your order will be processed within 1-2 days once money reflects in our account. For personalised items, orders take 2-3 weeks. If you require a rush order, you can email us on [email protected] and we will discuss rush order options with you

2. HOW DOES A GIFT CARD WORK?

All gift cards can be purchased under the gift card tab. This will be purchased in the form of a virtual product. We will email you with a unique code which will allow the person for whom you have purchased the gift card, to use the unique code with ease and buy some goods for their little one.

Please note that we do not exchange any gift card vouchers for cash. We also don’t give any change if the full amount on gift card is not used.

3. CAN I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

Should you wish to exchange a non-defective product within 7-days of the date that it was delivered, please keep all the products in its original packaging, with labels attached, and do not wear the product at all. We will then gladly refund the value or exchange for any other items to the same value.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of payment received.
Please note that cancellation of orders will attract a 15% charge for administration costs and refunds will be made within 7 working days.

In case of a faulty item
All our products are quality checked before leaving our premises. In the event that there is a fault with your purchased product, we sincerely apologize for this and we will gladly replace or refund any product that is defective. Please note however that we will not replace/refund a garment that is damaged due to negligence. Please send us a picture of the defect when sending through your email to [email protected].

4. HOW DO I WASH AND TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCTS?

All our products must be handwashed or can be put in the washing machine on the setting “gentle wash”. Our crochet and knitted products must be handwashed only. The knitted and crochet products must also not be hanged on a hanger to avoid stretching. All our silicone products can be washed with warm soapy water and all the wooden products must only be wiped with a damp cloth.

5. HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

We send all orders via The Courier Guy. You can track your parcel online at www.thecourierguy.co.za using the waybill number on your delivery notification email. If you do not have your waybill number or have an issue with your shipment, please email us at [email protected].

6. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

In cases of unavailability, we will send you an email with suggestions for an exchange or refund you in full within 30 days from date of payment to PreDestined.

7. CAN I DELIVER TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY?

Of course you can. Please ensure you enter the friend or family member’s address in the ‘delivery address’ field upon checking out. The ‘billing address’ field would then be your address. The recipient will be asked for proof of identity upon delivery.

8. WHAT HAPPENS IF I DID NOT COMPLETE THE CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT?

Please email us on [email protected] so that we can access your order status and help you. If your order has already been collected by the courier there is a chance that you may have to pay additional fees to get the order sent to the correct address. If you order has not been collected by the courier, then we can easily change the address. If you order has been delivered to the incorrect address then we will try to help retrieve the order from the incorrect delivery address but any additional costs will be for your account. If it is not possible to retrieve the order, we will not be held responsible for the loss. Please note: we will always try to help you out as much as possible.
